Admission Procedure

  • (a) Application for admission to the school must be made in the prescribed printed form. Admission form along with the Prospectus can be obtained from the school office on cash payment of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) within the notified time.
  • (b) The applicant will fill in the admission form in his/her own handwriting and must attach with it the duly attested copies of Mark sheet, Admit Card, Pass Certificate, two recent passport size photographs and any other testimonial before its submission in the school office.
  • (c) The admission committee will scrutinise the form and the date of interview and admission will be notified.
  • (d) Enrollment to the HS Section is done on first come first serve basis depending on the availability of seats.
  • (e) The applicant must produce the original Mark sheet, Admit Card, Pass certificate and other testimonials for verification at the time of Admission.
  • (f) The candidates selected must deposit the prescribed fees at the time of admission.
  • (g) No fee is refundable after admission.
  • (h) The students who had passed the qualifying examination earlier than the current year will have to submit a "Gap-Certificate" regarding what he/she did in the gap period mentioning the reason for gap in his/her course of studies up to the satisfaction of the school authority. The certificate must be issued by the Head of the institution last attended or by a Gazetted Officer.
  • (i) The students whose gap period is more than 3 (three) academic sessions in between the year of admission and the year in which he/she passed the qualifying examination has to obtain prior permission from the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council.
  • (j) A student admitted at any part of the session shall have to pay the prescribed fees for the full session.
  • (k) Each student after admission must collect the School Identity Card from the Office and purchase the School uniform as per notification.
  • (l) Necktie and belt will be supplied from the school against payment of the same at the time of admission.

School Uniform:

Wearing of School uniform is compulsory for all students (for both boys and girls) of the school. It signifies unity among the students and a pride in belonging to this institution. The details regarding the uniform will be intimated to the students at the time of admission.
